Bake Time: 5 minutes
- 4 slice pound cake
- 4 canned apricot halves
- 6 oz vanilla yogurt
- 2/3 cup confectioners sugar
- milk or cream to thin
- Using small cookie cutter, remove center of each slice of pound cake.
- Toast slices and centers in saute pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
- When golden, arrange slices on plates with yogurt and apricot halves to look like eggs.
